How we work

Here at One Health, we want to help you in every way we can to achieve your weight loss goals. We not only offer nutritional advice including meal planning, but also blood tests, weight loss coaching, and prescription medications. We look at ourselves as part of your support system along your journey, and we will celebrate each small win with you (as small steps lead to big rewards over time!). 

We love helping our clients reach their goals and heighten their confidence! We promote a nurturing, supportive environment and help people lose weight in healthy ways that will provide long-term results that last. Losing weight can be a difficult process at times, and we believe that encouragement (without judgment!) is vital during this process.

We believe it is important to learn to have a healthy relationship with food, so that you can not only lose the weight, but keep it off long-term. A mixture of life coaching and meal planning can be a sustainable way of staying within your healthy weight range over time. Our certified life coaches have helped numerous people achieve their goals, leading to higher confidence within themselves and feelings of achievement and self-belief. We are confident that no matter what your individual weight loss goals are, we can work together with you to come up with a tailored plan for successfully reaching those goals. 

We employ experienced medical professionals, including doctors, that are able to prescribe weight loss medications, if it is deemed necessary and appropriate.

We act as a partner in your journey, giving you the strategies and encouragement to successfully and safely lose weight and, if deemed appropriate, medication to assist in the process. Our group of doctors and life coaches will work with you in creating a customized plan that is tailored to assist with your specific goals, taking into account factors such as your age, body type, stress levels, medications you’re on, and the amount of weight you wish to lose. No two clients are the same, and they shouldn’t be treated as such! Each plan will be truly unique and shaped to your needs and goals.
